Class 11

Welcome to Class 11: Year 6

Our class teacher is Miss Tate and our teaching assistant is Mrs Gentle.

In Class 11 we promote an enjoyment of, and commitment to, learning. Now that we are half way through the year, we are actively preparing the children for their transition to Year 7 by supporting and encouraging the children to take more responsibility for their own learning and to grow in confidence, independence, resilience, problem solving and personal organisation.

As the oldest children in the school, we encourage the children to be a responsible role model to all, and have the highest expectations of them self. We actively promote the Gospel Values through Fruit of the Spirit and support the children in living these out and setting good examples to all.

We work hard and have high expectations of ourselves – even when we find things difficult. We encourage and support each other to do our best. We welcome new challenges and always try to make the most of our gifts and talents. We embrace each day as a new start and an opportunity to learn!

Please keep an eye on the newsletters for further information and diary dates. If you have any questions, then please do not hesitate to contact us.
